Hey friends! July is #BeefMonth here in TN and I have to admit... outside of the occasional burger and taco meat, I don't cook much beef. 🙊 And it's not because I don't enjoy it! The real reason is because I'm afraid of overcooking it. Can you relate? So, I decided to get over myself and try out a simple recipe featuring something other than ground beef... top sirloin steak!
