So whenever I meal plan, I typically start with a cuisine in mind. I might be craving Chinese or Thai one week, but then Italian or Indian another. I find this jumping off point to be particularly helpful with it comes to narrowing down my final recipe selection since there are bazillions of recipes to be made out there!
And, without fail, a Mexican dish always makes it way into my weekly meal plan! I just love it. I couldn't stay away from Mexican if I wanted too! So today, I'm sharing my go-to Taco Seasoning that I love to incorporate into all my healthified Mexican dishes.
