Hey friends!

Did you know that every March marks National Nutrition Month!?  It's a health observance that emphasizes
the importance of making informed food choices and developing sound eating and physical activity habits.

So, in honor of one of our favorite national holidays, we wanted to share one way you can prevent mealtime boredom from happen at your household and keep those healthy eating habits going.

Here's the deal.... boredom is the enemy of healthy habits.  Boredom may cause us to slip back into old, unhealthy habits.  For example, let's say you planned for "Chicken, Broccoli + Rice" at dinner, but you are so sick of chicken, broccoli, and rice for dinner!  *eyeroll*  So, instead of choosing this well-balanced, healthy meal, you opt to order out from your favorite Mexican restaurant.  And while there's nothing wrong with the occasional Mexican meal, when we start to repeat this scenario over and over again, we created a hard-to-break HABIT.

What's the remedy?  The remedy to mealtime boredom and burnout is to prevent boredom from happening in the first place by finding
ways to mix-up your meal planning.  Adding variety and FUN to your meal planning, like with this PRINTABLE DINNER DICE, can keep you from straying from it :)  Download your Printable Dinner Dice below!

Whenever you're out of dinner ideas and lacking inspiration, toss the dinner dice to help you decide on a new meal to make!  For example, let's say I just don't know what to make this Friday night... I'm all out of ideas and drawing blanks.  I can toss the Dinner Dice to help me pinpoint a cuisine to make for this evening.  Now let's pretend my Dinner Dice lands on "ASIAN".  I can simply navigate to my favorite recipe resource (like Pinterest) and find an Asian recipe to add to my meal plans for the week (ingredients and all).

Don't let decision paralysis be your downfall when it comes to sticking to meal planning.  I know you'd rather be spending that precious time doing other things you really want/need to be doing!

What cuisine did you roll for dinner this week?  Tell us in the comments below!
