The remedy to mealtime boredom and burnout is to prevent boredom from happening in the first place by finding ways to mix-up your meal planning. I can simply navigate to my favorite recipe resource (like Pinterest) and find an Asian recipe to add to my meal plans for the week (ingredients and all).
