Happy fall folks! Can you believe we're almost into October already? Well as much as pumpkin is loved on this time of year, I'm happy to highlight one of my favorite fall foods - APPLES! Apples are high in fiber and come is all sorts of flavors to best suit your palate preference -- juicy, sweet, tart, crisp -- they're all delish ;) Today, I'm sharing how I used my Shade Tree Farm jonagolds in a super simple and healthy smoothie!
