So today my fine friends I thought I'd share a simple trick that has helped me save many a fruits and vegetables from being wasted and thrown away in the trash. Whether you've accidentally bought too much, have scraps left over from a meal, or have produce that's ripening and fading fast, this trick will help you get the most of your money!

That's it folks! You'll have frozen fruit and veggie chunks after just a few hours. They're excellent to make a quick smoothie or add an extra serving of veggies to a meal. I do this with fresh summer fruits and my overripe bananas all the time.
