8 NO MESS BREAKFASTS

Do any of y’all struggle in the morning?  I certainly do!  I literally fear the day I don’t have my 2 cups of coffee in the morning because it will not be pretty haha.

The thing is, I need breakfast not only to (1) fast, but also (2) easy to store and (3) portable so I can get my day going.  You too?  Not only that, but I want my breakfast to be (4) balanced too!  I find that if I don't have a mix of carbohydrates + fiber + protein to eat then my morning meal is likely not going to last me 'til lunchtime. 

I know I’m asking for a lot, but the perfect morning meal does exist!  And I have 8 easy, no-mess breakfasts just for you :)

1: BREAKFAST SMOOTHIE

Simply blend these 5 ingredients, pour into a tumbler (like this one), and go! I love using frozen banana or mango chunks as my base, plain soy milk or Silk Protein, and baby spinach.

My go-to Overnight Oats Formula: frozen wild blueberries, berry or vanilla protein powder, chia seeds, & oats!

2: EASY OVERNIGHT OATS

For those of you who like oatmeal, but not the wait, try Overnight Oats! Overnight oats are great because you can change the flavors with the seasons or whenever you start to get bored.

3: PARFAITS TO-GO

Make a whole week's worth of these portable parfaits ahead of time! PRO TIP: Choose a yogurt with minimal added sugar since you'll be getting natural sweetness from the fruit you include.

4: BLUEBERRY OATMEAL MUFFINS

Now you can have your cake AND eat it too - for breakfast :) I LOVE, love, love blueberry muffins, but hesitate to get them often because it usually is truly like eating cake, but this recipe is RD-approved!


5: MAKE-AHEAD BREAKFAST BURRITO
