Do any of y’all struggle in the morning? I certainly do! I literally fear the day I don’t have my 2 cups of coffee in the morning because it will not be pretty haha. The thing is, I need breakfast not only to (1) fast, but also (2) easy to store and (3) portable so I can get my day going. You too? Not only that, but I want my breakfast to be (4) balanced too! I find that if I don't have a mix of carbohydrates + fiber + protein to eat then my morning meal is likely not going to last me 'til lunchtime.
