Hey guys!

Have you ever been in a situation where you’re going non-stop all day, barely have time for a meal let alone snacks, and the last thing on your mind is “What’s for dinner?”  (Yeah… I already need another hand to count all the times this has happened to me!)

Well, when life happens, I want to reassure you that you don’t have to resort to eating out, not eating at all or having a junk food fest.  Instead, stock these staples for super simple, no-cook, balanced meals for when you have no-time.  (Pst! They’re also vegetarian-friendly!)
