Hi friends! December is officially here and the holiday planning (and rush) is in full gear. It is important this time of year to continue planning and eating balanced meals. But, let's face it - December always gets busy between maintaining our "normal" days with work and extracurriculars - now we're adding in additional shopping, parties and days off. Today, I'm sharing 3 meal ideas for dinner that are easy to make and easy to clean plus really tasty. 1ONE PAN DINNEROne pan dinners are fantastic to making a balanced meal super fast. Equipment wise all you will need is a baking sheet. Layer on your protein, vegetable and starch then pop into the oven until everything is cooked through. Best part about this - minimal cleanup! Tip: Put aluminum foil on the baking sheet prior to the food for even easier clean up. It is very versatile - it can go from stovetop to oven and you can make anything from breakfast to dinners to dessert. The cast iron heats and holds the heat evenly, which makes foods cook more evenly. You can throw pretty much anything into it, turn it on and come home to dinner being done. It is also great to bring to parties and potlucks to keep foods warm all night. Also, use this tool for easy breakfasts for the day of the holidays to stay nourished without cooking all day.
