Hey! This fall weather is playing tricks. One day is cool and the next is 85 degrees again. This smoothie is perfect for these finicky fall days. It's full of fall flavors, but a cold beverage to make when the temperatures don't reflect fall. This smoothie is a delicious way to up your vegetable intake. Green smoothies get a lot of love, but you can add so many other vegetables to your smoothies. Today's smoothie focuses on fall and the beta-carotene rick orange vegetables. It contains pumpkins, butternut squash and sweet potatoes. All fall favorites. Beta-carotene is found in mostly orange foods. But, can also be found in yellow and even green vegetables.
