So, what is a Meal Plan?
Now, it’s not enough to just think about what you want to eat - you gotta put pen to paper. This meal plan is more than just a list, it’s a personal appointment with yourself to make you and your food goals a priority.
We know that writing down your weekly meal plan + grocery list is a guaranteed way to stick to your plan while grocery shopping. Without it, it is easy to walk into the grocery store and impulse buy items that aren’t on the list (as well as forget items that were).
We have created a downloadable FREE Weekly Meal Planner + Blank Grocery List for you to customize. Plan out as much as possible! (Don’t forget to include breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks.)
