EASY GRILLED PEACHES & CREAM

Hey there! 

Hope everyone had a great Labor Day holiday.  I definitely took advantage of the last moments of the summer season by clocking some pool time and getting out the grill!  There's just nothing like friends, family, good food and great weather to make summer memories oh so sweet :) 

And since summer isn't officially over yet, I wanted to share a super simple version of peaches & cream that's sure to be a crowd-pleaser!

INGREDIENTS
  • 2 large peaches, halved & pitted
  • 4 pinches of raw sugar
  • cinnamon
  • 4 scoops vanilla bean ice cream
DIRECTIONS
  1. Grill peaches with the flesh side down on high heat until soft and caramelized (about 5 minutes). 
  2. Flip the peaches to cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  3. Remove the peaches from the grill and sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon. 
  4. Serve each grilled peach half with a scoop of ice cream and enjoy!

I just love how easy it is to throw this sweet treat together!  And bonus, it contains less fat and sugar than your typical peach cobbler since it's crust-less.  If you really want some crunch with this dessert, try serving with a sprinkle of crumbled graham cracker or a Biscoff cookie.
