I recently did some travel to the biggest nutrition conference in the world, FNCE, and wanted to share something that seriously saved. my. life! Not only were these a super cheap breakfast, they made for a complete meal that you could take on-the-go! Site seeing here we come!
These saved so much stress you guys! I didn't have to worry about getting up extra early to figure out breakfast or wait in a long line for something that wasn't really going to nourish my body. If you're an oatmeal lover, I can't recommend these enough! (I'm even considering making these up for life in general.)
