Hey friends!

Can you believe we are headed into February already?  And you know what February brings... football of course!

But before you rush off to the grocery store to make up your typical Super Bowl favorites for the fellas and females... we have some satisfying selections that are sure to please your taste buds and your yoga tights.

According to the Calorie Control Council, a typical Super Bowl spread can rack up 2,400 calories!  (Still surprising for the second biggest "food day" of the year.)

So instead of skipping all the Super Bowl food fun, settle for one (or all) of our favorite game day dishes here at The Meal Planning Method.  (Pst! They're healthy and delicious!)
