It's official guys.  I'm obsessed with Everything But the Bagel (EBTB) flavored foods and there's absolutely no end in sight.

EBTB Pretzel Thins? Grab 2 bags!
EBTB Crusted Cod? I'm here for it.
EBTB Hummus? Give it to me in an IV!

So to add on to my obsession, it was only a matter of time before I tried to EBTB (yes, it's a verb now) my favorite turkey burgers.  Keep scrolling to see how I make super simple, weeknight-worthy 3-Ingredient Everything But the Bagel Turkey Burgers!

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 lb. lean ground turkey
  • 1/2 cup panko bread crumbs
  • 2 Tbsp Pereg Everything But the Bagel Mix
  • 1/3 cup Tillamook Colby Jack Shredded Cheese (optional)

DIRECTIONS
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground turkey, panko bread crumbs, and EBTB seasoning until well-incorporated. (I knead my meat mixture to get everything evenly distributed.)
  2. Form the meat mixture into 4 equal patties, imprinting a crisscross thumb in the center. (This is to minimize them from "puffing up" when cooked.)
  3. In a skillet on medium heat, cook the patties for 3-4 minutes, until the bottom side turns dark brown. Flip the patties and cook the other side for an additional 3-4 minutes. Flip the patties again, turn the heat to low, and cover and cook the patties for a final 3-5 minutes until they reach an internal temperature of 165 degrees F.
  4. Cut the heat and sprinkle the cheese on top of the patties (if desired). Keep the patties covered until cheese is fully melted.
  5. Assemble burgers how you like (we love sauteed onions, pickles, mustard, and avocado) and enjoy!

Are you going to add these 3-Ingredient EBTB Turkey Burgers to your meal plans this week?  Tell us more about it in the comments below!
